Jack Johnston is a professional musician and music educator located in Toronto, Ontario. He is able to perform and teach in many genres including Jazz, Classical, R&B, Rock, Pop and Funk. Jack has over a year of experience in professional performance settings with critically acclaimed Canadian Jazz musicians such as Trevor Giancola, Terry Clarke, and Lucian Gray.

Joshua

Toronto-based bass and guitar player, Joshua Sofian, started his music journey at age 6 when he learned the piano, which led to guitar at age 10. He began his bass playing career when he was 14 years old, after falling in love with all of the low notes and dominant parts in various musical settings. That was also the age he started teaching. Although R&B, soul, jazz, and pop would be his main genres nowadays, Joshua also has experience playing in gigging rock bands as well as worship teams.

Dr. Ruposhi is the first Bangladeshi violinist to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in performing arts. Through the Indian government’s scholarship program, and the guidance of Professor DK. Bhonsle, Dr. Ruposhi has completed her Ph.D thesis in the faculty of performing arts at the Maharaja Sayajirao University.

Sevda is a passionate and experienced multi-instrumentalist, musicologist and registered early childhood educator. In her over 15 years of experience teaching music, she has taught guitar, piano, recorder, ukulele, Turkish instruments; ney, oud and voice.

Yara started piano lessons at the age of 4 and got her piano degree from ABRSM at the age of 14. Holding an MA in Choral Conducting from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in the UK, Yara also has a BA from the American University of Beirut in Music Education and a diploma in Special Education.

norm, is most important. From classical to modern, to tuba beatboxing, I have carved my own path in
the musical world, and I hope that I can help you do the same, whether that’s picking up the instrument
for the first time, preparing for an RCM exam or audition, or just looking to be the best player you can
be.
James

James started learning piano in the second grade, violin in the fifth grade, and is passionate, knowledgeable and proficient on both. Following highschool, James studied Music Education at the prestegious UWO in Londo, ON. James is a passionate music educator and finds much joy through music. During his lessons, he hopes not only to teach students to play well but also to love their instrument and music.

Justin is a musician based in Toronto, On who started his musical journey at the age of 13 years old. Under the careful instruction of many top Toronto music teachers, Justin studied both piano and guitar. Now enrolled at York University, Justin is pursuing his Bachelor of Music degree with aspirations of teaching at the high school level.

Paul Trevor (“PT”) was born in Houston, Texas, but has lived all over and considers Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to be his hometown. His broad interests and musical flexibility have allowed him to play with a wide range of musical groups ranging from old school swing style jazz, to modern creative improvised musics, to funk, rock, and more.

With a background in Western Classical music for Piano and Music theory under the Associated Board of Royal School of Music, London, UK; Ronnie started writing songs at the age of 14, eventually transitioning to Jazz Music and discovering songwriting and music production.

Trey is an award-winning, classically trained vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and instructor specializing in contemporary genres such as Pop/R&B/Rock and more. With a BA in media & music, Trey is skilled in music production, audio engineering, voice recording, and creation for film, TV, Radio.

Whether teaching in a group setting at a summer camp or teaching one-on-one music lessons, Angel is an enthusiastic and inspiring music teacher with a passion for sharing her knoweldge. She took a keen interest in music when she was 8 years of age and joined the children's choir in her church.
Daphne

Daphne is a professional orchestral musician and a passionate music educator. She started violin at the age of four and began
to play viola at the age of 18. She has played a range of works by composers such as William Walton, Paul
Hindemith, Bela Bartok, Henri Vieuxtemps, and many others.
Fernando

Fernando is a passionate and talented pianist, guitarist, composer, music producer and educator. Fernando earned a Bachelor of Music degree from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México where he majored in piano performance and also studied composition and film scoring.
Josh
Guitar
Josh is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a degree in Jazz Performance. Picking up the guitar at a young age, he moved from Calgary to Toronto to pursue music professionally. His passion for music has seen him performing and writing across a variety of styles, with a strong focus on jazz, rock and folk.
Sacha
Voice
Sacha is a highly accomplished singer/songwriter/performer and educator who crosses all soulful music genres. Moving from classic Soul and R&B to Jazz, and Electronica, this effervescent songstress has created an expansive repertoire of diverse music that is authentically all her own. She has captivated audiences from the U.K. to the U.S. and has performed in numerous venues across Toronto and the United States.
Thomas
Trombone
Thomas earned his Master of Music degree from the University of Toronto in 2022 and his Bachelor of Music degree at the University of Alberta, graduating in June 2020. He was the recipient of the U of T Fellowship in Music in the first year of his studies and the Nour Private Wealth Award in the second year of his studies at the University of Toronto.
