Mao

Mao is an accomplished clarinet teacher and performer based in Toronto. A graduate e of Musashino Academia Musicae, Mao holds a Bachelor’s Degree in clarinet performance. Originally hailing from Kumamoto, Japan, she is an extremely versatile clarinetist the winner of many awards and competitions. Mao served as the concert master at the Midwest Clinic, the world's largest brass band festival held in Chicago, IL. She is an extremely passionate music teacher who prides herself on her ability to communicate musical concepts to her students with ease.
