Uyen

Uyen is a dedicated music educator, multi-instrumentalist and performer with a passion for making music accessible to students of all ages and abilities. Holding a degree in Media Arts from York University, specializing in music production, Uyen combines technical expertise with a student-centred teaching approach.

As a private and group music instructor, Uyen has taught piano and guitar at various music centres, helping students develop foundational skills, explore diverse musical genres, and prepare for performances. Uyen prides herself in providing an environment where everyone can connect, learn, and showcase their talents.

Beyond teaching, Uyen has also actively contributed to Toronto’s music community by organizing gigs and jam sessions for all-ability individuals and young children. As a concert coordinator, she has experience in event planning, stage setup, and artist support, ensuring seamless performances and engagement opportunities for all musicians. Uyen strives to inspire students to develop confidence in their musical journey while fostering a love for music that lasts forever.
